Sweet Potato and Coriander Soup
At home we call sweet potato, kumara; in the south pacific it is known as kumala. Essentially the down under equivalent of potatoes. More commonly used through the Pacific than potatoes so I thought a soup made from them was appropriate. Vegetarians can use vegetable stock instead of chicken stock.
